Order
Confirmations:
- After placing an order, you will receive
an e-mail confirmation from Aegean once the order has been
processed. This e-mail will contain your confirmation number as
well as your order number.
- Customer Service will contact you with
any questions regarding your order. In the event that your
credit card is declined, we will provide an explanation of the
problem, along with a phone number, which can be used to contact
us. We will use the billing phone number or e-mail address you
provided, unless you specified other contact information.
- If you notice an error on your Order
Confirmation please contact Customer Service immediately.
- If you suspect that your order did not
transmit successfully, please send us an e-mail message so that
we may confirm receipt of your order and contact you for
follow-up.

Order
Processing:
Aegean is committed to providing you with
exceptional service.
- Under most conditions, all in-stock items
are shipped the following business day after receiving your
order.
- Weekend and evening orders will be
processed the next business day. Items ordered after Thursday,
as well as Next Day Orders received on Friday will be shipped
the following Monday.

Return
& Refund Policy:
Aegean will gladly accept returned
merchandise within 30 days of purchase by crediting your original
form of payment. You may contact us by e-mail or fax at any time.
Your satisfaction is always our first priority.
Items purchased from our online boutique can be returned to our
Baton Rouge or Metairie stores in Louisiana or our Alpharetta or
East Cobb stores in Georgia. Returns can not be
accepted at either of our two outlooks stores in Lafayette and
Alpharetta.
All returns must be accompanied with a receipt so that we can
properly credit the cost of the item and the appropriate sales tax.
We cannot accept returns of excessively worn merchandise or
merchandise damaged by the customer. Aegean cannot credit
shipping charges. If you need to return a purchase, please
locate the return label that is enclosed in your package. We request
that you insure the merchandise when returning.

Sales Tax:
Aegean is required by law to collect sales
tax on shipments in those states where we have stores. If you live
in Louisiana or Georgia, state and local sales taxes will be assessed.
In addition, the state of Georgia requires that we tax shipping
charges as well.

Methods
of Payment:
Aegean accepts American Express, Visa and
Mastercard credit cards.

Though credit card orders placed on our web
site are secure, we recognize that not all of our customers are
comfortable completing their transaction by entering this
information over the Internet. For those customers who do not
wish to or are unable to submit credit card information, Aegean also
accepts Checks, Cashier's Checks or Money Orders (in U.S. Dollars).
